GMB Plus is Live!

GMB Plus is finally live, and we are literally sending out codes as we speak - well, my daughter is. :)
We are sending them manually, so it's going to take a bit of time, but we should be able to wrap them all up yet this week.

Something worth mentioning - even though it'll be in the email that you get from us - To redeem your GMB Plus promo code, you will need to select the monthly option on the payments screen. After you've gone through that, you will have the option to select the annual payment within your My Settings screen.
Also, these are stackable. This means that if you're also a Patreon supporter of ours, you will get a second promo code that you will be able to apply to the same account. This also means that if you want to share either of your codes, you are free to do so.
Because we didn't want to just turn off our Patreon logic, if you are a patron, you are already seeing the GMB+ features. We will disable that later this month, so all you need to do is sign up for GMB+ and apply your code to keep getting all of the GMB+ features w/o interruption.
It's an awesome feeling to finally be at this point. We certainly have a few things to work out yet, but I'm super stoked with our team, the people in Discord and Reddit, and the overall community in general. Without you, none of this would be possible.
All of that said - this certainly isn't the end. We already have a number of ideas brewing, and you'll be hearing from us again soon with some exciting announcements.

This week we have put the finishing touches on the payment processing functionality of GMB Plus, and will be doing production testing later today with a small group of people.
Our goal is to start sending out promo codes to all backers next week, however, we will do so in batches so that we can monitor them closely to ensure people do not have any issues getting setup.
This is kind of a big deal for us as it marks the end of the commitment for this Kickstarter campaign. We've certainly come a long ways from the early days of GM Binder, and we really do appreciate each and every one of you who has been along for the ride.
But don't worry! Just because this round has finished, doesn't mean GM Binder won't continue to evolve. We have a number of features planned for the rest of 2020 to help foster this community, and I'm sure you'll be just as excited as us.

Super short update today!
We just dropped off all of the dice, trays, and t-shirts at the post office so they will be en route to your homes tomorrow!
As for GMB+ backers - We're in the final stretches of launching GMB+ and, therefore, sending your promo codes. We hope to have this process complete in the next week or so, and will update here once we do.

Mid May Update!

Hey there! I wanted to get a few updates out to @everyone to help keep you in the loop. Feature wise: * We've been making a number of UI and Quality of Life improvements over the last couple weeks that are now in production.
- We also have made great strides in getting the new GMB default theme built out, and it's in testing.
- The Urban theme and Handdrawn themes will be quick on the GMB default theme's tail.
- The server side PDF generation is also in testing, but is going to require a bit more work before going live.
- Today we made a fix for the old Patron features that should have re-enabled them for everyone who is a patron supporter and has reached out to me. This includes old binders and bookmarks, render pausing, css storage, theme selection, etc.
- We did have a discussion about adding Folders functionality to My Library and decided this is a great addition. We will be making this a feature available to Free users and GMB+ users.
- We are nearly done rebuilding the Binder functionality that existed in the old site for Patrons and hope to have it live this week or next for Patrons and GMB+ users
- Bookmarks will also be making a return in the next week or so (after Binders) for Patrons and GMB+ users.
- Dark mode???
On the topic of GMB+ we have made significant strides on getting GMB+ in place - secure payment processing, subscription management, account upgrades and downgrades, etc. We are holding off a bit on actually releasing it as that starts the clock for Patrons and Kickstarter backers, but we're getting pretty close to launching it.
Oh! I almost forgot to mention - We started shipping t-shirts, dice, and dice trays this week! I'm super stoked to see them leaving my house, and hope to have them all shipped by the end of next week. GMB+ promo codes will be sent in a few weeks - once we launch the actual GMB+ subscription.
